Materials
Papertrey Ink paper in light blue and white
A sentiment stamp from Hero Arts Stamps
A purple ribbon from Michaels
Zig glue pen
Cuttlebug folder
I used Versamark on the negative side of the Cuttlebug folder
Embossed with Ranger Holographic embossing powder 
Heart cut from Gypsy Font cartridge
